From the first phone call to pickup the process was great. We love our Sunny Sunshine! (Formerly Rizzo) Hoping everything goes well with her pet insurance and spay because she has a few little issues but I’m sure it will go as smoothly as everything they assured me about. The puppy is a delight!

We recently got our new puppy from Fairfield furbabies and our experience was amazing. The staff it’s extremely helpful, polite and supportive. Quick response to any questions, concerns and updates. The transition was smooth and they genuinely care for the well being of the puppies and families. We couldn’t be happier with our baby who’s so precious and has a unique personality.

The first puppy we selected was found to have a health problem the week before we were scheduled to pick her up. We chose another puppy and picked her up earlier today. The whole process was handled very smoothly including the transition to the 2nd puppy. The customer service is excellent and the staff is both knowledgeable and very responsive.
